Yummy Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

1 dozen eggs, scrambled

1/4 cup of milk

1 cup shredded cheese, mild cheddar

1 can of Rotel (mild)

1 can of mushrooms

1 cup of diced ham

I package of shredded hashbrown potatoes or tater tots

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix first six ingredients in a large mixing bowl and then pour into a greased 9X13 baking dish and top with shredded potatoes or tater tots.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.

Super simple and great for supper as well!

Sweet Saturdays!

This week's featured cake is a Wipeout Cake from the popular TV show on ABC.

The cake is iced with plain buttercream just tinted with Green Food Coloring. Colored Fondant was used for the lettering. Starburst and Tootsie Rolls made the obstacle course as well as Pringles Stix and Twizzlers!

It was made by Sweet Surprises.

Our Barnyard Party

This party was when our son turned 2!

The theme was a barnyard bash and boy did we have fun.

We had a petting zoo and a hay ride. We served brown bag lunches.

The weather was perfect!

Everyone was encouraged to dress as farmers!
